Terms outline
These points guide the product and content design. They are not yet an agreement and must be completed to reflect the live service before public registration, paid membership, or buyer introductions begin.
Platform role
iMerch Finder is intended to help buyers discover and contact independent promotional-products distributors. The platform is not a party to the buyer’s proposal, order, payment, production, or service contract with a distributor unless expressly stated otherwise.
Independent businesses
Distributors control their own proposals, prices, terms, services, representations, and fulfillment. Inclusion, profile information, or a vetting badge does not create employment, agency, endorsement, or a guarantee of performance.
Acceptable use
Users should provide accurate information, respect intellectual property and confidentiality, avoid spam and competitive scraping, and not misuse another person’s identity, account, profile, or project brief.
Profiles and matching
Eligibility, vetting, profile publication, match logic, availability, lead caps, rotation, suspension, and complaint standards will be documented separately. Payment, founding status, and operator affiliation are not intended to improve relevance ranking.
Membership and payment
Any paid membership will require separate, clearly presented commercial terms covering price, term, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, activation, and any launch offer. No payment is collected in this prototype.
Ownership disclosure
The current operating plan places iMerch Finder under ConceptPlus.com Inc. Promo Stuff 4 You may participate as a disclosed operator-affiliated distributor under the same marketplace rules and without a ranking advantage.
